Complete registration as a self-employed professional with all necessary authorities, or management of the deregistration process when your business closes.

IGIC Registration, Declarations and Returns —

Full IGIC compliance: registration with the Canarian Tax Agency, monthly or quarterly declarations, and annual returns based on your business turnover and tax system.

IRPF — Income tax on your business earnings —

Quarterly or annual income tax filing to ensure your personal tax obligations are met, calculated accurately based on your business profits.

Do I need to be registered as autónomo before we start?

No. We handle the registration process for you. In fact, many clients come to us before they are officially registered.

Most declarations are typically filed on a quarterly basis, however, depending on the tax system you are registered under, certain tax forms must be filed monthly. In any case, we manage the schedule and filings and remind you of deadlines. 

The obligation to register as autónomo (self-employed) is based on habitual economic activity, not your income level. We'll clarify your specific situation in the initial consultation and move forward from there.

Yes. Labour procedures including contracts and payroll are managed separately when you hire employees.
