Data Subject: The User of this Site and recipient of the services provided
The information of a personal nature received by email via the Contact Form situated on this website will be treated according to the above regulations, with the sole purpose of providing the requested service(s), responding to any query sent by the Client or in the event of a contractual agreement by generating invoices. All the information requested is necessary to provide said service(s) including possible automated documents/decisions but under no terms will profiles be generated. If the Data Subject (the User) refuses to provide said data as required, the Data Controller (S.L.W.) cannot fulfil the contract and it is understood any agreement becomes null and void as a result. Your personal data is stored in an Activities Registry for Users. The data provided will be preserved there as long as the commercial relationship exists or for the period required and as necessary to comply with legal, tax, accounting… obligations in order to provide the services.
The Data Subject is solely responsible for the veracity and accuracy of the information provided and S.L.W. intervenes in good faith and as a mere service provider. In the event, the User provides false information or third-party information without prior consent, he/she responds personally for said violations before the Data Controller, third-parties and the Spanish Data Protection Agency or any other agency pertaining to data protection. In order to comply with regulations, the User guarantees he/she will advise S.L.W. of any alterations of their data.
S.L.W. guarantees fulfillment of her obligations of secrecy regarding data of a personal nature and her obligation to preserve said data by adopting all the organizational and technological measures required that guarantee the security of all information received and prevents their alteration, loss, unauthorized management after having analyzed the nature of the data and the risks to which they may be exposed whether said risks are from human or natural actions as per Chapter VIII of Royal Decree 1720/2007 and Organic Law 15/1999.
The Data Subject is hereby advised of the possibility their data may be accessed by employees and/or other professionals directly associated with the Data Controller as well as by those who manage the company's computer systems but in so doing, guarantees the maximum level of confidentiality as stipulated by law. The Data Controller has all information relating to said employees and/or professionals onfile so it may be consulted upon request.
In fulfillment with current data protection regulations, the Users of the services provided may exercise their right to access, rectify, cancel, oppose and transfer their data by contacting the Data Controller whose contact details are shown above.

In addition to the terms detailed under the Site Users (General Terms) tab, the Data Controller, Sabrina L. Williams (henceforth, S.L.W.) reminds those authorized to access the Client Area that their details are used for the sole purpose of carrying out the contracted services and in order to verify the correct use of the Area and fulfillment of all security measures.
Clients who enter the Area will have access to paperwork generated by S.L.W. and associates as a result of the contracted consultancy services by the Client. In order to generate said paperwork, Sabrina L. Williams and associates have had to use data of a personal nature that is held in the database for which S.L.W. is responsible.
For this reason, Sabrina L. Williams:
1. Manages all client data in accordance with instructions received by said Client
2. Has adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of client personal data to prevent their alteration, loss, management or any unauthorized access bearing in mind the nature of the data that is stored and the risks involved. In this regard, the User who is granted authorization to access the Client Area must fulfill the following measures:
a) To not reveal details regarding their user name and password to anybody
b) To not write down any information relating to their user name and password
c) If the Client suspects that anybody else has gained knowledge of your user name and password, they must notify SLW immediately by email to admin@canaryadminservices.com, indicating the subject line, CLIENT AREA PASSWORD so that new access codes may be provided
d) To notify SLW of any incident that may occur whilst using the Client Area and may lead to a loss or alteration of the information held there, by email to admin@canaryadminservices.com, indicating the subject line, CLIENT AREA INCIDENT
e) To agree to these Terms and Conditions in order to use the Client Area
S.L.W. offers online consult services by means of the website, www.canaryadminservices.com, in line with general, business administration, accounting, tax and labour queries.
Instructions with regards use of the service have been provided on the Consults page, www.canaryadminservices.com/consults. All Users must be above age of consent in order to use this service. Any documents of a personal nature submitted will be destroyed once the service has been completed or stored for the necessary length of time as required by law.
User Obligations – The User hereby guarantees that the information provided is accurate and presents a true picture of the situation in question. S.L.W. cannot be held responsible for any errors or damages that may arise as a result of misinformation or false statements given by the User.
The User is responsible for payment of the generated invoice even if paid by means of third-party technology. Payment must always be made in Euros and free of any additional charges and bank commissions. Payment can be made via the Website by Paypal (covered by third-party security measures) or transfer details can be requested. S.L.W. cannot be held responsible for fraudulent use of these payment methods but if misuse is detected, she will be obligated to report it to the corresponding authorities. Upon submitting payment, the User confirms to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, if not, the User must refrain from using this service.
In order to fulfill the contract, the User guarantees to maintain the email address provided or if this were to change, to advise the Service Provider so the service is not interrupted in any way.
S.L.W. Rights – To refuse to provide services or to suspend services for non-fulfilment of these terms or for the misuse of this site. Services may also be refused if the query is does not fall under those provided by S.L.W. In the event the User is refused at the start of services, a full refund will be given. If however services have been initiated prior to non-fulfilment on the User’s part, a refund will not be provided.
To respond to the query within 72hours (Monday to Friday, except bank holidays) from receipt of payment. A legal invoice will be issued upon completion of the service, for which the User must provide their full name, address, ID number (N.I.E. or Passport) in the Consult Form.
Responsibility- S.L.W. cannot guarantee the continued availability of the website and cannot be held responsible for possible interruptions, however, every endeavour will be made to ensure proper working order.
Data Protection Policy – The same policy as described under Section 1 apply.
The client acknowledges that S.L.W. grants a license to use the e-Books sold by the company. Once purchased, said license signifies a direct contractual relationship between the Client and S.L.W., also the Editor, in this case. Payment of the e-Books is done primarily via Paypal, however, if the client does not have a Paypal account, he may request to pay by another means. The product will be sent once payment has been confirmed by S.L.W. The advertised prices include the corresponding I.G.I.C. (Canary Islands’ VAT) according to Spanish law.
Restrictions of use: The client may only use the e-Books for personal use, commercial use is not permitted. The license does not signify transfer of rights in any shape or form. Amongst others, the client is prohibited from selling, leasing, loaning, making copies, modifying, transforming, distributing and/or making the e-Books public either in full or in part. The e-Books may only be modified by the client for personal use if it is clearly indicated as a “template”. The client may not share their user name and password with third parties. The client may not circumvent any type of technology in place to protect the e-Books that are accessible via the web CANARY ADMIN SERVICES.
